Short Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Manager of Occupational Health Services to lead our drug screening and occupational health operations for AssureHire, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and optimize all facets of the drug screening department, including personnel and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic policies and procedures for efficient operation and compliance.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to department staff.
- Ensure timely administration of all OHS services.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational improvements.
- Drive financial stewardship by managing the department budget.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Ensure rigorous documentation standards and compliance audits.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of equivalent leadership experience required.
- Experience in a high-growth, compliance-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of drug screening regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
