Short Summary:
As GTM Lead of Manufacturing, you'll report directly to the Head of Professional Services, working cross-functionally to build Miro's newest vertical business from the ground up, focusing on specialized solutions for manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
- Own the zero-to-one for Miro's dedicated manufacturing solutions.
- Identify use cases where Miro can win in manufacturing and translate them into a product and sales story.
- Identify target accounts and carry the earliest deals across the line.
- Partner with GTM organization and Product/Engineering teams.
- Represent Miro for Manufacturing externally at industry events.
- Build the team and operating rhythm as the vertical scales.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and consulting, including 3–4 years at the Engagement Manager / Associate Partner level.
- Manufacturing operator experience in project/program management, engineering, or operations.
- Credibility in both plant-floor and boardroom conversations.
- Strong enterprise sales execution experience.
