Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack (Full-time)

Work Arrangement:

Midi Health is the largest virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating hormonal transitions. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company building the infrastructure and products that define this new category of care.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex technical problems and lead architectural reviews across multiple teams.
- Act as a 'part-time product manager for technology,' advocating for critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Craft exceptional, scalable products and code, balancing speed of execution and scalability.
- Shape engineering culture by establishing best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Clinical Stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, humility, and technical excellence.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling complex engineering solutions.
- Proven production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies.
- Comfortable operating at a high level of abstraction, translating vague product and growth goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Versatile background in building consumer-facing products and expertise in architecting complex operational systems.
- Proficient in using agentic coding tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
