Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC) is seeking a Community Manager for their Affordable Housing campus in Bryan, Texas. This role involves overseeing operations, supporting residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment for older adults.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a residential building- Complete HUD income and eligibility verification for new and existing residents- Support residents in community living- Manage the application process for subsidized apartments
Requirement:
- Commitment to outstanding customer service- Strong relationship-building skills; experience with seniors is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel- Ability to learn and apply HUD regulations- Supportive approach to community living guidelines
