Mercury is building a complete finance stack for startups, focusing on creating the easiest and safest banking experience. The Senior Manager, Product Partner Operations will lead a team to enhance operational frameworks that support banking and product partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Operations Specialists.
- Build durable operational frameworks for managing product partnerships.
- Improve documentation, knowledge management, and communication systems.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and help the team adopt new processes.
- Partner with various teams to solve operational challenges.
- Establish performance metrics for operational health and team effectiveness.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Champion scalable tooling and workflows.
- Advocate for the team and create alignment across stakeholders.
- Help shape the long-term strategy for Mercury's product partnership ecosystem.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in operational programs at a fintech or financial institution.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven success in partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on documentation as a strategic advantage.
- Experience in operational change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to balance long-term initiatives with time-sensitive priorities.
