Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to help modernize and optimize our HR technology landscape, streamline processes, and support our organization's expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal Workday compensation design.
- Configure compensation grades, salary ranges, and eligibility rules.
- Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards.
- Configure and support Workday security for new implementations and system enhancements.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and recommendations.
- Partner with the People team to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions within Workday.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Workday functional experience, including configuration and support.
- 3+ years supporting HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Experience in complex organizations with multiple business units.
- Expertise in Workday business processes and security configurations.
