Short Summary:
The Oncology Care Associate II is a member of the patient care delivery team with primary responsibilities for technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and cooperates in establishing a healing environment for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provides physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Assists with tracheotomy care, phlebotomy, dressing changes, enteral tubes, and urinary catheterization.
- Monitors patient ECG rhythms and alarms.
- Performs clerical duties including answering telephones, greeting patients, and maintaining departmental files.
- Ensures compliance with health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduation from a school of practical nursing, CNA Program, Medical Assistant Program, or equivalent training.
- Current BLS or obtain BLS during clinical orientation.
- Preferred: Previous hospital experience.
