Short Summary:
May Mobility is transforming cities through autonomous technology. The Lead ML Engineer will architect the next generation of the localization stack for autonomous vehicles, focusing on feature extraction and state estimation for precise navigation.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and drive the technical roadmap for a production-grade localization machine learning stack.
- Lead research, design, training, and validation of advanced neural architectures.
- Drive major feature development from inception to deployment.
- Own the end-to-end data strategy for the localization feature extraction domain.
- Develop robust metrics and evaluation frameworks for localization performance.
- Define and validate failure mode and degradation criteria for localization features.
- Evaluate and integrate frontier techniques for production-ready solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment for software and system requirements.

Requirement:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 7+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying ML/DL models for computer vision or localization.
- Deep expertise in computer vision foundations and feature detection.
- Experience with ML/DL development using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
- Proven leadership in developing technical roadmaps and mentoring engineers.
