Mapbox is seeking a Senior Director of HR Operations and Total Rewards to enhance systems supporting their global team, focusing on HR Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics. This role involves leading a talented team and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Lead global HR Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics.
- Manage a team including Benefits lead, Compensation contributor, and Operations manager.
- Provide guidance on global benefits programs and compensation strategy.
- Drive the evolution of operating models with AI solutions.
- Ensure operational and compliance health across international locations.
- Act as the functional architect for People Technology and HRIS platform.
- Develop advanced predictive analytics for global headcount trends and pay equity.

Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, especially in high-growth tech environments.
- Proficient in systems like Rippling and hands-on with data architecture.
- Experience implementing AI or automation tools.
- Familiarity with international teams and local regulations.
- Ability to build logic and automation for reporting.
