Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure, system health, performance, security, and availability
- Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
- Perform routine operational tasks, health checks, and maintenance activities
- Assist with deployments, patching, and basic system administration
- Follow operational procedures, incident management, and security best practices
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Continuously learn and contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives

Requirement:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, or a relevant technical education
- Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and virtualization concepts
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Endless curiosity
- Fluent English
