Short Summary:
Magnet Forensics is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to build talent pipelines that support our growth. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify exceptional candidates across various functions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify top talent
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to source, assess, and introduce qualified candidates
- Develop outreach strategies that generate high response rates
- Deliver market intelligence, including compensation trends and competitor hiring activity
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
- Evaluate and leverage emerging sourcing technologies and market intelligence platforms

Requirement:
- Experience sourcing talent across multiple functions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Strong interest in talent market innovation, including AI and data-driven sourcing
- Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive candidates
- Excellent written communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- A data-driven mindset with curiosity about talent markets and hiring trends
