Short Summary:
Lyra Health is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Solutions Director to own the development, execution, and lifecycle of employer solutions, ensuring alignment across teams and addressing market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Strategy teams to identify market needs and define differentiation.
- Develop and own the solution strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and evaluating business risks.
- Partner with Product Management to influence the technology platform roadmap.
- Define, standardize, and document services included in the solution with Clinical and Ops teams.
- Develop profitable pricing and packaging models with Pricing and Finance teams.
- Create compelling solution positioning and messaging with Product Marketing.
- Train field-facing teams on the solution's value proposition.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop for iterative improvements.
- Manage the entire solution lifecycle from launch to renewal.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of strategic leadership in high-complexity initiatives, combining healthcare expertise with rapid decision-making.
- Core background in product management, product marketing, strategic operations, or management consulting.
- Proven execution of complex solution bundles in high-stakes environments.
- Strong business and analytical acumen for decision-making.
- Executive presence and influence with C-suite stakeholders.
- High autonomy in managing priorities and frameworks.
