Short Summary:
Lyra Health is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and exceptionally organized Senior Project Manager to join our Integrated Brand & Marketing team. This role is central to Lyra’s strategic marketing initiatives, uniting various teams to bring Lyra’s vision and solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, and creative delivery schedules using Asana.
- Establish project expectations with stakeholders and drive communications throughout the project development process.
- Actively track projects through all stages of development, managing every step to meet deadlines.
- Detect potential problems early and facilitate negotiations between stakeholders.
- Create organized structures for reviews and approvals.
- Align agencies and contractors efficiently with internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple content libraries, ensuring the latest content is uploaded regularly.
- Serve as the team brand steward, helping Lyrians understand and use brand guidelines.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong XFN communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Expert in creative operations, managing the full lifecycle of work from brief to final delivery.
- Exceptional proficiency in Asana.
- Strong instinct for spotting risks early and facilitating necessary negotiations.
- Decisive, but adaptive to changing priorities while keeping teams on track.
