Short Summary:
Lyra Health is seeking a mental health subject matter expert to facilitate trainings for leading organizations, develop innovative learning content, and support the scaling of the presenter and facilitator program.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic, high-quality, and impactful live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
- Collaborate on the development and customization of innovative educational content
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert by consulting with cross-functional partners
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new presenters and facilitators
Requirement:
- A graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work
- Expertise in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, and/or corporate mental health
- Dynamic public speaking abilities and facilitation skills
- Ability to explain research-backed best practices clearly
- Experience with developing engaging psychoeducational content
- Professional experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues
- Familiarity with corporate webinar platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
