Test Analyst

We are inviting your organization to qualify its ability to provide test management services for our Treasury 4.0 (TRE 4.0) program. We are seeking an alternative delivery partner to the current incumbent for the remaining test phases. We want to appoint people who have run this kind of testing before on comparable financial-systems programs - not generalists.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operational activities of the test phase - the schedule, the tracker, the defect log and the reporting - so the Test Manager can focus on governance and decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the master test schedule and execution calendar and the day-to-day tracking cadence.
• Manage defect logging and daily triage support, retest and regression coordination, and SLA monitoring in Jira/Zephyr.
• Track progress, coverage and plan adherence; maintain the single source of truth and status dashboards.
• Assure the quality and completeness of test evidence from executing teams to ensure test activities are fully evidenced against the external audit.
• Prepare structured status and KPI reports and support gate packs.
• Support both the Test Manager and the Performance Test Lead across preparation and execution.

SKILLS

Must have

• - Test analyst / test coordination experience on structured test programmes; - hands-on defect management and triage; - scheduling and progress/coverage tracking; - strong Jira (ideally Zephyr); - test status and KPI reporting.

Nice to have

• Highly desirable: Testing of financial systems (financial services, ERP-integrated or payments platforms). • Desirable: Corporate treasury domain.
