Join our Development Centre in Bucharest and become a member of our open-minded, progressive and professional team. In this role, you will be working for one of our world-famous clients, focusing on Cyber Hygiene Automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of Cyber Hygiene Automation initiatives across: Asset discovery, Scanning, Analytics, Reporting, escalation, and governance.
- Coordinate delivery across: Engineering, Cyber Hygiene SMEs, Platform and application teams, Risk, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Ensure SDLC alignment for automation capabilities.
- Manage regulatory expectations (TRC, SOX, ECB/FRB) and control dependencies impacting automation accuracy.
- Establish delivery governance: Milestone tracking, KPI and outcome measurement, Executive level status reporting.
- Support audit readiness through traceable delivery documentation.
Requirement:
- Strong Project Management experience, 7+ years of experience.
- IT Technical background.
- Proven experience managing security, risk, or compliance automation programs.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Hygiene domains (SCM, VM, logging) and regulatory control environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
- Fluency in English language.
