Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Cloud Migration initiatives for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery and project management, with proven experience managing end-to-end cloud migration programs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality objectives.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.- Remove impediments and enable Agile teams to deliver efficiently while promoting Agile best practices.- Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive successful cloud migration initiatives.- Monitor project progress, manage RAID logs, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.- Track project metrics, team velocity, and delivery performance to drive continuous improvement.- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.- Support release planning, change management, and governance activities.

Requirement:
- 6+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.- Proven experience managing Cloud Migration or Cloud Transformation projects.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management best practices.- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.- Experience in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and reporting.- Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
