Short Summary:
Goal is to clean up entitlements for ITAM. Client is live with HAM and SAM Pro. Currently, there is no integration between strategic sourcing (SAP Ariba) and ITAM.

Responsibilities:
- Improve the accuracy and maintainability of the ServiceNow SAM Pro repository through a coordinated 20-week effort to normalize Software Models, clean up inaccurate or unnecessary records, and relate Software Entitlements to the appropriate models.
- Organize work by publisher or product group, completing interconnected activities:
- Software Model Normalization: Validate Publisher, Product, Version, Edition, and Product Type. Confirm whether the software is Licensable or Non-Licensable.
- Software Model Cleanup: Identify duplicate, obsolete, incomplete, or incorrectly created Software Models.
- Entitlement Validation and Association: Review license metrics, validate supporting purchase and contract information, and create entitlement records.
- Reconciliation and Quality Validation: Run reconciliation throughout the remediation effort and validate suite recognition and license calculations.

Requirement:
- Must have experience in improving the accuracy and maintainability of the ServiceNow SAM Pro repository.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English: C1 Advanced.
