Short Summary:
The Cyber Business Analyst will be responsible for managing business analysis tasks within the PAM project, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, and supporting the project development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Performing requirements gathering and compiling formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
- Formulating and presenting proposed solutions to business users.
- Compiling and presenting test results and completing project/work-stream status reports.
- Escalating issues/risks to project/line management.
- Building positive collaborative working relationships with Technology, Change Managers, and Business stakeholders.
- Maintaining and enhancing good working relationships with stakeholders globally.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in PAM.
- Essential PAM experience and techno-functional expertise.
- Understanding of key regulatory frameworks around access management (e.g., EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, FCA).
- Experience in Identity & Access Management with business analysis or technical/functional design in a financial services environment.
- Degree educated and/or equivalent experience.
