Short Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and delivering the Securities Services collateral management capability, focusing on the use of Broadridge Collateral Management (SFCM).
Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements for collateral onboarding, acceptable instruments, eligibility rules, haircuts, margins, concentration checks, collateral valuation, and exposure monitoring into BRD / FSD / user stories and traceable acceptance criteria.
- Define data and integration requirements for positions, trades, prices, limits, and exposures across various platforms.
- Develop process maps, data lineage, reconciliation approach, and control design for position feeds and collateral value recalculation.
- Support decisions on tactical versus target-state solution design.
- Drive UAT preparation and execution, including test scenarios for collateral value and operational hand-offs.
- Responsible for defining, challenging, and baselining BA artefacts including scope, requirements, and UAT scenarios.
- Escalate unresolved scope ambiguity, regulatory/control gaps, and operational readiness concerns.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking, securities services, custody, capital markets, or collateral management.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Securities Services / Custody transformation and collateral management.
- Strong understanding of collateral lifecycle and relevant data flows.
- Proven ability to create BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and UAT test packs.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
