Short Summary:
Join Luminor as a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software by designing and implementing comprehensive testing processes, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing- Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks- Review and analyze system specifications to identify testing requirements- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions- Assist in deploying software updates to production environments and provide ongoing support to identify and resolve issues post-deployment
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)- Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools like JIRA- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Postman- Familiarity with version control systems like Git- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Effective communication and collaboration abilities- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time-management skills- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
