Short Summary:
The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon's success, responsible for creating world-class customer service and engaging with guests to provide product education and support.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
- Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
- Provide technical product education.
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
- Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership.
- Perform product presentation tasks and maintain store cleanliness.
- Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have transportation to the assigned store.
- Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must lift up to 30 lbs.
