Lucid Motors is looking for a passionate Sales Associate committed to creating exceptional customer experiences and representing an innovative brand. You will guide customers through their journey, from the first encounter to the purchase and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable customer experiences by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional advice.
- Represent Lucid Motors effectively by communicating our mission, vision, and products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from initial customer interaction to post-sale follow-up.
- Strengthen the Lucid brand by sharing knowledge and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Requirement:
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and social personality.
- Passion for mobility and brand representation.
