Teaching Assistant at an additional education center

London Gates Primary is a bilingual primary school in central Belgrade, where children immerse themselves in the learning process and develop communication and teamwork skills in two languages: Russian and English.
We have been working in bilingual education for 14 years and have recently received Cambridge International accreditation, as well as verification from the Ministry of Education of Serbia.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or above; knowledge of Serbian will be an advantage.
• You are interested in working with children – experience working with preschool children (from 4 to 6 years old) will be a great advantage, but we are also ready to train you!
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and responsibility.
• You live in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany preschool children throughout the school day, ensure their safety, and take part in classes.
• Help children integrate into the learning process and deal with everyday matters.
• Follow recommendations for specific children within the framework of their educational strategy.
• Take part in classes (assist teachers, engage children in the lesson, help them with assignments);

What the company offers

• Part-time work on weekends (Saturdays) from September until the end of June.
• Shifts of 2.5–4 hours depending on the students’ age (4 years old – 2.5 hours, 5–6 years old – 4 hours) on Saturday mornings – we will discuss a comfortable arrangement during the interview.
• Payment of 2500 dinars per shift.
• Opportunity to participate in other projects and additional activities of the educational center and primary school.
