Short Summary:
Join Loft as a Senior Earth Observation Engineer, serving as the technical authority for optical payloads and image quality, contributing to the next generation of Earth observation capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Earth observation customers to derive mission and payload requirements.
- Follow and drive optical payload suppliers' development and test activities.
- Develop on-ground and in-orbit test and calibration strategy.
- Support business development activities for optical payload customers.
- Contribute to the company's Earth observation roadmap.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as a space systems engineer on earth observation missions.
- Familiarity with image quality metrics and imagery calibration.
- Experience in optical payloads and coding in Python for at least one year.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
