Short Summary:
LIXIL is seeking a Leader for Special Initiatives to manage high-priority projects under the Chief Impact Officer, focusing on organizational transitions and event coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for special initiatives under the CIO.
- Coordinate the setup of the CIO office organization.
- Support logistics and content coordination for strategic leadership offsites.
- Manage agendas, attendee experience, and communications for events.
- Serve as a coordination point across teams under the CIO.
- Prepare briefing materials, project trackers, and status updates for CIO leadership.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations.
- Experience managing events and large cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple workstreams.
- Proficient communicator with experience creating materials for senior-level audiences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Business English fluency required; conversational Japanese or additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.
