Short Summary:
This role focuses on the end-to-end AI lifecycle, enhancing AI accuracy, scalability, and performance for customer interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Conversational AI.
- Define, review feature requests, and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market research.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for new AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML teams, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Ensure the Conversational AI platform is designed for high availability and low latency.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends in Conversational AI.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the platform capabilities.
- Stay informed about advancements in Conversational AI systems and share insights for innovation.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in SaaS products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, NLP, and LLMs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with AI performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
- Passion for innovation and solving complex problems in Conversational AI.
