California-Licensed Child & Family Therapist (Virtual, Measurement-Based Care, Part-Time)

Short Summary:
Little Otter is transforming how children and families access mental health care through a virtual care model that combines expert therapy, psychiatry, parent coaching, and measurement-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress.
- Partner with caregivers to build skills, support treatment goals, and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Requirement:
- Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
