Short Summary:
Lingopie helps people learn languages by watching real TV shows and movies, with interactive subtitles and built-in review. We're looking for a highly knowledgeable SEO Manager to own organic discovery end-to-end, focusing on both classic search and AI-powered discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and drive it yourself.
- Define and own Lingopie's organic strategy across web search, AI search, and video.
- Identify problems and opportunities, then prioritize and execute.
- Optimize content structure for AI crawlers and LLM ingestion.
- Run comprehensive technical audits and implement fixes directly in Webflow.
- Direct the organic content strategy and roadmap.
- Design and run an off-page strategy for link acquisition and authority-building.
- Own organic reporting end to end, reporting clearly to leadership.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally for a consumer/B2C or subscription product.
- Deep technical SEO skills and the ability to implement fixes.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on Webflow experience or strong CMS fluency.
- YouTube/video SEO experience.
- International/multilingual SEO experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
