We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Client Implementations, who thrives on turning “we just signed a contract” into “this is the smoothest launch we've ever had."

Responsibilities:
- Launch clients like a pro, guiding US and global clients from pre-contract to confident go-live.
- Build and evolve playbooks, tools, and workflows for effortless onboarding.
- Own the program, managing kickoff calls, SSO and eligibility file setup, platform configurations, and milestone tracking.
- Help HR and Benefits leaders track action items and build engagement strategies post-launch.
- Collaborate widely with clients, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Financial Planning teams.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Real experience in the employee benefits industry.
- A track record of managing global client relationships with cultural fluency.
- Strong project management skills and comfort with data (Excel/Sheets fluency).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
