Short Summary:
The Head of Experimentation will lead the Experimentation pillar at LaunchDarkly, focusing on enhancing the experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world. This role involves strategic leadership, collaboration with engineering and design teams, and driving commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Own the Experimentation pillar and lead the Product team.
- Partner with Engineering and Design in a triad model.
- Accountable for strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes.
- Make the investment case for in-product experimentation and warehouse-native analysis.
- Build a closed loop from offline evaluation to production experiments.
- Win high-maturity buyers and earn technical confidence from data scientists.
- Expand coverage across major data warehouses and deliver analysis capabilities.
- Operate a high-performing function with disciplined roadmap execution.
- Represent the product externally and equip sales teams.

Requirement:
- Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record in statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
- Deep fluency in experimentation methodology and operational realities.
- Credibility with data science leaders and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with multi-quarter roadmaps and investment allocation.
- Clear communicator and fast decision-maker.
