Short Summary:
We're looking for a Driver Growth Manager who knows that supply is the business. If you've built, scaled, or optimized driver supply in Ride-Hailing, Mobility, Last-Mile Delivery, Logistics, or Marketplace platforms, this could be your next challenge.

Responsibilities:
- Turning KPIs into business decisions that drive marketplace growth.
- Scaling driver acquisition while building long-term retention strategies.
- Optimizing marketplace health by balancing driver supply and customer demand.
- Designing and executing growth strategies—not just managing day-to-day operations.
- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong ownership mindset.
- Influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders across local and regional teams, including Hong Kong.
- Challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving processes through data and innovation.

Requirement:
- 4+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Operations, ride hailing, last delivery, Supply roles.
- Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver retention, Incentives, Utilization, Fulfillment.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
- Fluent English (daily collaboration with regional teams).
