Short Summary:
At Lalamove, we're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to partner directly with our Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of our business in Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights.
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business growth.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models that influence key decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirement:
- 3–4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
