Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform, connecting customers and drivers through technology. We are looking for an enthusiastic Driver Operations Associate to support our operations team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire key referrers, industry influencers, and local community leaders for lead generation.
- Target and onboard car rental companies as strategic affiliates.
- Prospect and onboard diverse affiliates to expand the driver leads funnel.
- Develop and manage affiliate activities to drive driver registrations.
- Plan and execute on-the-ground strategies for driver acquisition.
- Keep up with market trends and competitor incentives.
- Ensure referred driver leads complete the onboarding cycle.
- Train and guide affiliates on the referral system and driver app.
- Manage referrer and driver inquiries to resolve onboarding issues.

Requirement:
- Outgoing and open-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious with a go-getter attitude.
- Strong prioritization and structured mindset.
- Autonomous and adaptable to changing environments.
- Understanding of company processes and SOPs.
- Diploma or higher in any field preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in driver/community management or field team recruitment is a plus.
