Responsibilities:
- Raising the bar for customer communication in energy
- Leading the development and scaling of Kraken’s agentic offering across all customer engagement channels
- Defining and owning the development of AI products clients can trust
- Collaborating with strategic clients to understand their workflows and build solutions
- Running feedback loops with engineering to influence product evolution
- Representing Kraken externally and managing strategic partnerships

Requirement:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Experience leading ambiguous, zero-to-one product initiatives
- Comfortable working with LLMs, agent frameworks, and ML systems
- Strong commercial instincts and exceptional communication skills
- Bonus points for experience in energy, telecom, fintech, or similar domains
