Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Key team member on commercial valuations (business and equity), valuation of intangible assets, modeling
- Carrying out financial analysis of company’s historic results and projections, conducting industry researches
- Preparing and delivering financial models
- Report writing
- Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company

Requirement:
- Strong academic record (at least bachelor’s degree), desirably in finance/economics
- At least 3 years experience in valuation or investment analysis
- Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques
- Understanding of applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Ukrainian valuation practice
- Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
- ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus
- Good written and spoken English
- Good analytical skills
- Good team player
