Short Summary:
Responsible for operations during shift hours including safety, production, quality, and employee relations. Develop, lead, and train contract catchers and company employees in proper catching methods.

Responsibilities:
- Lead operations and training employees ensuring compliance.
- Enforce company regulations, policies, and practices, including GMP's.
- Maximize efficiency in transportation and loading.
- Ensure timely loading of birds and delivery to the plant while meeting welfare and safety standards.
- Inspect employees, processes, and birds to ensure compliance with USDA and company standards.
- Minimize downtime, DOA, and shed time.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 3 years' experience in DOT regulations, transportation preferred.
- CDL licenses preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills: English required, Spanish a plus.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work with little to no supervision.
