Join Kiwi.com, a leading global travel-tech company, as part of the Financial Reporting team responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and driving standardized accounting methodologies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize group reporting methodologies: Establish IFRS accounting policies and internal financial reporting workflows.
- Own core IFRS financial statements: Deliver accurate monthly IFRS reporting and annual financial statements in accordance with Czech GAAP.
- Streamline external audits and compliance: Coordinate audit documentation and support group tax requirements.
- Guide and develop finance talent: Coach a small team of finance professionals.
- Partner across the business: Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advance AI-powered Finance: Embed AI tools into daily accounting workflows.
Requirement:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred).
- Deep expertise in IFRS and Czech GAAP.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical mindset.
- Previous experience in leading small teams of finance specialists.
- Hands-on experience in defining and implementing accounting methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
