Kinsta is a leading managed hosting provider for WordPress, serving over 120,000 businesses. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead product initiatives from concept to UI, focusing on user experience and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Own design projects end to end, from concept to release.
- Drive discovery to define what to build based on user needs.
- Collaborate with Research, Product Management, and Development.
- Write clear specifications and run design QA.
- Serve as Project Owner during delivery.
- Be a product expert and uphold professional design standards.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product or UX Designer.
- Proven experience shipping products from zero to production.
- Experience in a SaaS product environment.
- Proficiency with Figma and maintaining a design system.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Proactive with excellent communication skills in English.
