Short Summary:
Khan Academy India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help government higher secondary schools in Andhra Pradesh adopt and utilize the Khan Academy platform. This role involves collaboration with UNICEF and the AP education department, focusing on teacher training and capacity building.

Responsibilities:
- Provide field level insights to shape program design.
- Support program implementation with Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh.
- Deliver training to education officials and teachers.
- Oversee project management and provide mentorship to training leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with administration officials and stakeholders.
- Conduct school visits to gather data-backed insights.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare documents and presentations for donor reporting.
- Collaborate with teams at Khan Academy India for program delivery.

Requirement:
- 7-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the education department in Andhra Pradesh.
- Experience in teacher training/capacity building and managing large projects.
- Fluency in Telugu preferred; teaching experience in grades 11th & 12th is an advantage.
- Strong collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing evidence-based conclusions.
- Strong communication skills across various formats.
