Short Summary:
As a Moderator, your mission is to create a safe and positive gaming environment for all players and communities by monitoring and filtering content to protect gamers from harmful material.

Responsibilities:
- Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain communication channels.
- Audit and assess interactions, ensuring accurate ratings based on severity.
- Participate in feature testing and tool improvements.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in established procedures.

Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level).
- Emotional stability and strong auto-analysis skills.
- Resilience and professionalism to handle challenging situations.
- Relevant experience as a Trust and Safety Moderator is an advantage.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in managing or moderating online forums/discord in the gaming space.
