Short Summary:
The Planning Coordinator supports the Audio Localization team by organizing recording schedules and coordinating voice talents, ensuring efficient and accurate sessions with minimal risk of cancellations or conflicts.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain daily and weekly recording schedules for studios.
- Book voice talents, Artistic Directors, Sound Operators, and recording rooms.
- Confirm availability of talents and technical resources.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and allocate resources efficiently.
- Act as a key contact between talents, directors, and production teams.
- Track schedule changes and ensure required materials are available.
- Support secure distribution of materials while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with Production Coordinators to prioritize recording windows.
- Control physical access for actors to recording studios.
- Report recording status to the Production Coordinator.

Requirement:
- Previous experience in production coordination, booking, or related areas.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and intermediate English.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and operational trackers.
- Familiarity with the video games market is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and new tools.
