Short Summary:
Since 1998, Keywords Studios has been reshaping how players interact with their favorite games, providing a wide range of solutions for video game developers and publishers. The Account Manager will be responsible for client satisfaction and the delivery of services, managing project teams and collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and operate as a trusted strategic partner.
- Ensure client expectations are managed through timely communication.
- Manage project teams, including line management of CM Leads.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide seamless service to clients.
- Assist Account Directors with pitches and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Drive AI adoption for Community Management to enhance client work efficiency.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Account Management / Client Services role, ideally in the video games or entertainment industry.
- Availability to work in a European time zone.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of digital marketing within an agency context.
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competency in using spreadsheet and project management software.
