Short Summary:
Kantox is seeking a Product Owner to join their Dynamic Hedging team in Barcelona. The role involves taking ownership of a product variant and supporting the growth of another, focusing on Currency Management Automation software for CFOs and Treasurers.

Responsibilities:
- Running discovery: client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight
- Owning and nurturing a healthy, insight-driven backlog with clear prioritization
- Writing sharp, well-structured PRDs and making product decisions with confidence
- Being an active participant in scrum ceremonies and staying close to the development process
- Defining and tracking OKRs for your product area, outcome over output
- Documenting new features and training internal teams when shipping
- Communicating product updates clearly across the company

Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of product experience
- Background in treasury or corporate finance; understanding of CFOs and Treasurers
- Proven track record of running discovery, writing PRDs, and delivering in a structured PDLC
- Scrum-certified or equivalent hands-on agile experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomous, accountable, and outcome-oriented
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance; CFA or similar is a plus
