Short Summary:
Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. The role involves owning Ironclad's Contract Understanding Platform, focusing on extraction and document understanding systems that turn contracts into actionable knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and the quality.
- Set the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for contract understanding.
- Build the data once, serve it everywhere.
- Define the APIs, schemas, and developer experience.
- Build and ideate on front-end user experiences.
- Model the relationships in a contract.
- Own the AI quality flywheel.
- Connect the platform to customers.
- Lead through influence.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
- Experience shipping production AI/ML, developer platform, data infrastructure, or search products.
- Practical fluency with LLM systems, extraction or retrieval, APIs, data models, evaluation methods, latency, and cost.
- Strong quantitative judgment.
- Experience owning customer-facing outcomes.
- Excellent written communication and influence across engineering, leadership, GTM, and customers.
