Short Summary:
As a Senior Administrator, you will perform cash and positions reconciliations, oversee day-to-day reconciliation activities, and ensure effective communication between service providers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cash and positions reconciliations between internal and external data sets.
- Research and resolve discrepancies within established deadlines.
- Monitor adherence to established SLAs and KPIs, escalating exceptions as appropriate.
- Conduct daily monitoring of communication and workflow management tools.
- Liaise with client representatives and internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Assist team members in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reconciliation reports.
- Maintain and update documentation on reconciliation procedures.
Requirement:
- 4-5 years of knowledge on global capital markets, preferably in Portfolio Reconciliations and Middle Office.
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Aladdin, TLM, CRD, and/or CRIMS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Academic requirements: BCOM, BBA, or any professional qualification with Finance as the major.
