Short Summary:
As a Market Leader, you will build long-standing relationships with intermediary clients, improving long-term holdings of Invesco products and services through a consultative, client-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop differentiated client relationships, including growing existing client relationships and developing new profitable relationships.
- Approach all interactions as a consultant, focusing on client needs and utilizing internal resources.
- Develop and complete a data-driven client segmentation strategy.
- Deliver product presentations to current and prospective Financial Advisors via various communication methods.
- Build and implement strategic travel rotation to cover smaller boutique firms and clients in non-metropolitan areas.
- Partner with the Division Sales Manager to create and implement a territory sales plan.
Requirement:
- Series 7 and 63 required; CFA, CIMA or similar certification a plus.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Five or more years of sales experience in marketing investment products to financial advisors.
- Technical investment expertise, including knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and Capital Markets.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A digital and data-driven mentality to develop and execute a strategic business plan.
- A growth mindset with a business-owner mentality.
