Short Summary:
As a CA Representative, you will analyze, research, and process client requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, research, and process client requests according to established procedures.
- Evaluate inquiries and service-related issues to determine priority and resolution.
- Conduct account research and process financial and non-financial transactions.
- Document inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately.
- Initiate outbound communications to clarify requests or facilitate issue resolution.
- Contribute to team goals and operational excellence initiatives.
- Maintain subject matter expertise through ongoing learning and training.
- Collaborate with team members and other business areas to support operational objectives.

Requirement:
- Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and terminology.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry or customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Experience handling customer requests and processing transactions.
- Ability to make quick decisions and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and computer fundamentals in a Windows environment.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance preferred.
