Salesforce Consultant

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong business analysis background and a proven ability to deliver impactful CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management;

• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices;

• Lead and coordinate the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment;

• Ensure that delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives;

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;

• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy;

• Support continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes;

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and process descriptions;

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and ensure long-term solution sustainability;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project standards.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant;
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst;
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management;
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem;
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions;
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments;
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering business value;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• German proficiency at C1 level.

Would be a plus:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau);
• Proven project experience supported by references;
• Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment;
• Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.
