Short Summary:
Inspira Education Group is seeking a Senior Medical School Admissions Consultant who is an experienced physician with a deep understanding of the medical school admissions process. This role involves mentoring students through their medical school applications, including building strategies, refining personal statements, and preparing for interviews.

Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective medical school candidates to build their profiles and draft application documents.
- Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing guidance on school selection, essays, resumes, recommendations, and interviews.
- Identify optimal medical programs and schools for students, offering feedback on their research and alignment with their goals.
- Support students with project planning, application timeline management, and progress tracking.
- Stay updated on the medical school admissions process to advise clients on school selection and application nuances.

Requirement:
- Admissions Committee Experience: Served on a medical school admissions committee with experience in reviewing applications and making decisions.
- Completed an MD or DO degree.
- 5–7 years of experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or medical school admissions consulting.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management and applicant tracking.
